Mike has been practicing law since 1994, after graduating with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Rose has often been a featured speaker at legal education seminars hosted by the Oklahoma Bar Association, Cleveland County Bar Association, and Oklahoma County Bankruptcy Bar Association. Mr. Rose appeared as a regular guest on Oklahoma City radio station KVSP and authored The Role of Non-Bankruptcy Consumer Remedies in Insolvency Cases, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees Quarterly, July, 1997, Vol.9, No.4. Published opinions include Household Bank, N.A. v. Sales, 228 B.R. 748 (10th Cir. BAP 1999) and In Re Younger, 216 B.R. 649 (W.D.Okla. 1998).

Mike is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Western Federal District of Oklahoma, the Eastern Federal District of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
